Since some systems are based on a truth defined as absolute within this value system an open discussion or direct democratic evaluation of this truth is not wanted.
Such "deterministic" systems can install a one-way communication filter (censorship gateway) for all inbound information to ensure their absolute truth (or symbols, or beliefs, or values, ...) are not questioned or subject to open discussion from individuals outside of this community.
