Power Aggregation: describes the monopolistic centralization of powers in the hands of an elite. Often this elite creates a special "expert environment" to saveguard their power center against broad public contribution and scrutiny in a direct democratic way. Current legal systems are examples for "power aggregation" strategies in action: the people who are affected by the laws have no real chance of understanding or influencing them. An elite "owns" these laws and uses them to control the lives of the citizens.
