Nation/State on Online-Nations.net

The Online-Nations.net concept for nations and states
Any individual can freely select in which online nations/states she or he wants to becom a citizen.
On the other hand, any online nation/state can define and evaluate the prerequisites for citizenship before accepting an individual as citizen.

Online nations/states should provide a comprehensible citizenship contract as an add-on to Online-Nations.net commonwealth framework containing:

A Nation/State Constitution
Nation/State Laws
A Nation/State Service-catalogue including cost per service (taxes)
Nation/State background information (organization of the administration, backing of the online state/nation by real-world legal body, …)
