Education Philosophy
Free access to information and full support of the natural curiosity of young individuals are the base for any rewarding education and learning experience.
Young individuals should learn self consciousness, independence, and critical and creative thinking.
A mentoring system should grant the availability of mentors to help young individuals satisfy their natural curiosity and hunger for knowledge.
Young individuals must not be methodically indoctrinated in any one individual value system!
Instead they should be brought up to become mentally strong and critical enough to cope with a stochastic world with a multitude of diverse societies and value systems and cultures. They should be tought to take responsibility for themselves and their role in the world.

To create the childrens awareness for knowledge and intellectual skills and equally important for social skills is crucial for any society with a population density as high as ours.
