process, can participate.
Prerequisites:
- All
citizens
of
online nations
must have internet access and a unique, provable online ID
- The polling system must be as tamper-proof as technically possible to ensures correct polling.
A redundant secondary polling system on a different platform to perform occasional "system sanity" polls
would be great, too, to identify system manipulations.
